Shipments and returns
Your pack shipment
Packages are generally shipped within 2 days after payment is received and are shipped via the carrier of your choice (if this option is available for your location) or the one assigned by default by the system. Normally (exceptions related to some cheap shipping options) we will send you the tracking code. For shipments outside of Spain, the carrier will be Correos España and you must track it from its pages and follow the instructions that may be provided to you regarding the tracking of the carrier responsible for the delivery in your country.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. Transportation rates vary based on the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in a single order. We cannot group two different orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
The boxes are ample in size and your items are well protected.
Returns. You enjoy all the rights granted by Spanish and European legislation. Therefore you have the right to return your product-s, within 15 days of receipt. You are not required to explain the reasons for your return and you may demand both the exchange for another item and the refund of the amount of your order, with the exception of shipping and return costs.
